The Treasurer is the chair of this committee and performs most of the functions, but at times needs help from other Board members to complete the task involved with our money.
Duties
- Receive payments from homeowners
- Record and maintain current payment schedule
- Escrow maintenance for taxes and insurance
- Annual tithe to Habitat International
- Budget and financial training for new homeowners
- Accurate accounting of our funds
- Handling the audits as required by Habitat International guidelines
